I was really taken in with this photo when I first noticed it. At the first look, it appears there is no focus point, as everything is either sided or in the background, but then again, it doesn't really matter. Whether it's the small road you choose to observe or the dark, small bordering houses, you won't be, at all, disappointed. They all breathe the air of freshness. You can almost breathe in the scent of rain in the air, which makes it even more valuable.

All the colours in the photo are very intense and defined, especially those of grass and the dark brick. The only exception to this is the background, which is slightly blurred and 'greyscaled', but that effect only brings out the acuteness of the rest of the photo. The sky is also rather dark, matching the brooding scenery and the shadowed houses and the clouds appear very violent, as if they screamed the storm was coming, which accentuates even more the feeling of 'wet-coloured' environment. The autumn really suits Bretagne, it can't be denied. It simply makes the scenery look irresistible and eye-catching.

All in all, this photo is very original, very fresh and very beautiful!
